My Motto:
I learn everyday from everyone.
Most people do not struggle because they lack insight. They struggle because insight alone does not change how they operate in real life.
Across my work with individuals, couples, and leaders, I see a consistent pattern: some people lack clarity on why they think and feel the way they do, while others have strong insight yet continue to repeat emotional, behavioural, or relational cycles when under pressure.
This work begins at the point where understanding is no longer enough. It is for those who want sustainable change in how they think, respond, decide, and relate in real-time situations.
You may experience this as:
For many clients, this also includes neurodivergence (including ADHD), where clarity, regulation, and consistency require structured support rather than insight alone.
What brings people here is not more understanding. It is the need for change in how life is actually lived.
I work across therapeutic and performance contexts depending on the individual.
I support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma responses, emotional overwhelm, relationship strain, and life transitions (including pregnancy, bereavement, divorce, and major identity, career, or relationship changes).
I also work with founders, executives, and creative professionals operating under sustained pressure.
Alongside this, I support neurodivergent individuals seeking clarity, structure, and emotional stability in how they function day to day.
I also work with therapists, coaches, and yoga teachers seeking deeper integration and consistency across their personal, professional, and spiritual practice.
This work focuses on what happens in real-time:
Rather than remaining at the level of insight, the work engages directly with how patterns are lived, reinforced, and changed through experience. This is where transformation becomes either stable—or temporary.
My work is built on a clear, framework-led process:
Truth recognition → mind regulation → behavioural practice in real-life conditions
This means:
This is where insight becomes lived change.
My approach integrates psychotherapy, coaching, leadership development, and mind-body practices.
It is a systematic, integrative process tailored to the individual—supporting both personal transformation and high-performance functioning.
This includes:
Each process is adapted to your situation, capacity, and level of responsibility.
This approach is built on the principle that lasting change requires integration across three domains:
When these are aligned, people begin to experience change not only internally, but in how they communicate, decide, relate, and operate in daily life.
Many clients come after working with other approaches where progress felt limited, intellectual, or temporary. They often arrive when they are ready for a more direct, precisely guided and reality-based process of change.
A significant number of clients also refer their partners, spouses, friends, and colleagues after experiencing meaningful change — reflecting the lived, relational impact of the work.
The foundation of this work is truth, clarity, authenticity, and radical action, translated into real-world behavioural change.
My background spans over 15 years across therapy, coaching, and leadership development, alongside 30 years of meditation and embodied practice.
My work is based on experience across psychological, leadership, and high-performance environments where clarity, communication, and decision-making directly impact outcomes.
This integration allows me to work at the intersection of emotional regulation, behavioural change, and real-world performance.
My work is informed by formal therapeutic training, advanced coaching qualifications, and extensive multidisciplinary practice across therapeutic, leadership, and mind–body disciplines.
Alongside formal qualifications, my work is grounded in over 15 years of direct client practice, 30 years of meditation, and more recent embodied awareness training over the past 5 years.
I also bring cross-disciplinary experience from high-pressure leadership, operational, and performance environments, which shapes a practical understanding of behaviour under real-life conditions.
This work requires honesty, readiness, and a willingness to engage with experience as it is, rather than staying at the level of insight or intellectual understanding.
Clients are invited to participate actively in their process, taking responsibility for applying change in real-life situations between and during sessions.
This is a collaborative process where depth of transformation is matched by commitment, consistency, and openness to change.
If this feels aligned, you are welcome to book a private 20-minute consultation to explore fit, readiness, and next steps.
This session is designed to determine whether this level of work is appropriate for your current situation and goals.

Our Clients say...
I'm with Sonia for over 8 months now. I was in a bad place when I reached out to Sonia and she helped me in many ways, personally and professionally. She challenged me many days, others she just listened and others she would just ask questions, the hard ones to answer, the ones I that made me think! It's been a fantastc journey, but there was a lot of work to put in.
The combination of therapies the she offers are a good complement and I would recommend to listen what Sonia has to say and follow her lead. I'm in a different place now, it is not finished, but now with the tools Sonia kindly gave me I can now use them whenever I need them and see improvements straight away.
I would recomend Sonia to anyone that wants a change in his/her life. But remember, the work is done by you.
