Sonia Axis

Transformational Therapist | Personal & Relationship Counsellor | Mindset & Life Coach | Reiki, Sound & Shamanic Practitioner | Yoga Teacher

I support individuals who are ready to meet themselves more deeply—especially during times of anxiety, trauma, overthinking, burnout, leadership challenges, and life transitions. With over 15 years of experience, I offer a safe, creative, and non-judgmental space where transformation can unfold gently and powerfully. My person-centered approach weaves together psychotherapeutic insight, results-focused coaching, and emotional intelligence. I work relationally and intuitively, walking beside you as you navigate both the tender and empowering parts of your healing journey. Whether you're moving through crisis, change, or a deep desire for growth, I hold space with presence, compassion, and clarity. With expertise across 11 therapeutic modalities and decades of meditation, I offer a holistic method that honors the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of healing. I have a deep understanding of neurodivergence, creativity, and spiritual traditions—including Christianity, Buddhism, Yoga, Islam, Shamanism, and Taoism—which allows me to meet you where you are, with openness and respect. This work is not about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting you to the core of who you are—helping you heal from the root, rediscover your inner resources, and step into a life that feels more authentic, connected, and alive. Whether you’re in crisis, on the edge of change, or ready to step into a new version of yourself, I’ll meet you there—with presence, precision, and heart.

Counsellor | Sound Practitioner | Yoga Teacher

I take a holistic approach to therapy, blending talk therapy with meditation, movement, breathwork, and sound healing. This integrative method allows clients to explore the mind-body connection, providing a space where both emotional and physical healing can unfold. By addressing the whole person—mind, emotions and body—I support individuals in navigating life’s complexities with awareness, clarity, and compassion. I specialize in guiding those who are facing significant transitions, emotional challenges, or periods of uncertainty. Whether it’s overcoming trauma, managing stress, navigating life changes, or simply seeking a deeper sense of connection with themselves, I work alongside clients to provide the tools, support, and insight needed for healing and transformation. In our work together, I encourage self-reflection and deep emotional processing, helping you uncover the root causes of your struggles and facilitating growth from within. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey—one in which I walk alongside you, offering a safe space to explore, heal, and grow. Together, we’ll build resilience, process past wounds, and create lasting transformation. My goal is to help you tap into your full potential, so you can move forward with greater confidence, balance, and alignment with your true self. Transformational Psychotherapist & Group Experiences Facilitator

With over 25 years of clinical practice, I integrate psychotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic dance to support deep transformation in individuals and groups. My approach blends both traditional therapeutic techniques and embodied practices, allowing clients to heal on a deeper level—mind, body, and spirit. I work with individuals through one-on-one therapy, group sessions, and retreats, offering guidance in the UK and abroad. As a clinical supervisor for more than 15 years, I provide both one-on-one and group supervision, supporting fellow professionals in their therapeutic work. Throughout my career, I’ve dedicated over a decade to teaching mindfulness and leading workshops that combine movement and meditation, enabling individuals to reconnect with themselves and cultivate inner peace. Recently, I’ve incorporated Qoya-inspired movement into my practice, helping others tap into their own inner wisdom and intuition through embodied movement. This addition to my practice is part of my ongoing commitment to provide diverse pathways to healing, embracing the body’s natural ability to process emotions and find balance. A published author, I also lead writing circles and guest-teach on retreats, facilitating creative expression as a powerful tool for self-discovery. As a traveler, mother, and lifelong seeker, I am deeply devoted to helping others live with authenticity, embodiment, and meaning. My work is centered on guiding individuals to live from a place of alignment and to express their true selves in the world.

My Motto:

Creating spaces where relationships come first

Samuel Black

Psychosynthesis Therapist | Circling Facilitator

My work is grounded in presence, compassion, and curiosity, creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. I specialize in supporting individuals who are ready to meet themselves more fully, particularly in times of change, uncertainty, or emotional intensity. The people I work with often navigate challenges such as anxiety (including panic attacks), depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, professional difficulties, relationship struggles, or the ache of loneliness. I draw from a variety of modalities, including psychosynthesis, Circling, somatic practices, parts work, and non-violent communication. These approaches allow me to offer a therapeutic space that is not only grounded but also attuned to your unique needs, providing a real and safe environment for exploration. Together, we will delve into what’s present in your body, mind, and heart—embracing even the parts that may feel difficult or resistant—with compassion and understanding. I understand that the journey can often feel uncertain, especially in those in-between spaces where the old stories no longer serve, but the new ones haven’t quite emerged. In these moments, I walk alongside you, supporting you as you explore these transitions and uncover new ways of being. This work isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level changes. It’s about guiding you toward lasting transformation, helping you connect with the parts of yourself that feel most alive, authentic, and true.

My Motto:

Homeopathy, because it works!

Jayne Lyons

Homeopathic Holistic Health Practitioner

I support individuals seeking natural, compassionate solutions for both acute and chronic conditions—ranging from anxiety, trauma, and depression to post-medication or vaccine-related ailments, digestive issues, sleeplessness, and everyday complaints like coughs, colds, and sprains. Whether you’re preparing for childbirth, managing long-term illness, or supporting your child’s wellbeing, I offer a therapeutic space that’s grounded, nurturing, and empowering. My journey into homeopathy began in childhood and deepened during my pregnancy. After experiencing its profound benefits firsthand, I decided to train with the Welsh School of Homeopathy, qualifying as a Registered Homeopath five years later. Prior to this, I served as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army—a role that taught me resilience, service, and the importance of presence, which continue to inform my approach today. I consider it a deep honor when someone entrusts me with their health—whether physical, mental, or emotional. My practice is rooted in a holistic, integrative approach that supports the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. Alongside homeopathy, I use Oligotherapy (trace element therapy) to complement treatments and create my own ointments with Neal’s Yard remedies. I also promote aloe vera-based products from Forever, which align with my lifestyle of wellbeing. This work is more than a profession—it’s my calling. I am passionate about helping people restore balance, vitality, and wholeness in a way that feels gentle, deeply effective, and life-enhancing. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic conditions or simply looking to enhance your overall wellbeing, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way in finding lasting wellness.
