To ensure you get the most from your online transformation sessions, please follow these guidelines:

Use a stable internet connection
Test your camera and microphone before each session
Use a computer/tablet rather than phone when possible
Have headphones ready for better audio quality

Find a quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed (room/car)
Ensure good lighting so we can see each other clearly

Be seated comfortably with good posture

Join 5 minutes before your scheduled time
Sessions start and end promptly on time, once you hear the sound
If technical issues arise, we'll reconnect within 5 minutes
WhatsApp is used as an emergency back up (not a regular audio call)
