Reiki
A gentle treatment for calm, grounding and a more settled internal state.
Book a private consultation
Reiki is a quiet, non-invasive treatment that can support you during periods of depletion, emotional intensity or sustained stress. The session gives you room to pause, receive and let your system settle at its own pace.
There is nothing you need to perform. Most people notice a renewed sense of energy afterwards.
Sonia holds a Level 2 Reiki qualification and attunement, completed with Rebecca Nichols in alignment with UK Reiki Federation and CNHC certification standards. Her training included 150 hours of case studies, and she has since provided more than 300 hours of Reiki. Sonia was previously a member of the UK Reiki Federation and continues to work in line with its Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

Reiki can be received online in a calm, private setting. Sonia brings the same focused, attentive approach, so you can receive the practice from wherever you are.
Before booking
Sonia does not offer Reiki during the first three months of pregnancy. If you are pregnant or have questions about whether a complementary therapy is right for you, speak with your midwife or doctor first.
What the practice supports
People often seek Reiki when they feel exhausted, overstimulated or disconnected from themselves. It can offer a gentle point of return when talking or problem-solving is not what you need first.
A quieter starting point
Reiki can offer a quiet space to pause, receive and restore a sense of inner resource when you feel depleted. It is a complementary practice and does not replace medical care or treatment.
